Jokerized
Inspired by the “Red Hood” storyline where Jason Todd the 2nd Robin, was killed by the Joker (after fans voted to kill Todd via toll number in America during the 70s).
This idea is reflected in the design of the poster as I started with a traditional “Jack” playing card this represents Robin. The card has been vandalised, the ‘J,’ for “Jack,” now reads “Joker.”
Additionally, in the source material the murder weapon was a crowbar, in the poster, I have incorporated this into what the character in the card is holding.
A small robin is featured on the tip of the crowbar to create a visual metaphor.
