Wankel Rose – Concept 1
Using the Wankel triangle as my base, I looped circles inwards creating a flat ‘rose,’ like motif. The rose is a symbol of British heritage as is stonemasonry. Red is used to complete the rose form. “Gills Sans“ typeface contemporary British typeface used by English authorities (has a trustworthy look). “ALLGARD” in all caps in contrast to the lighter lower case “stonemason services.”
Compass Mountain – CONCEPT 2
Triangle logo made of a compass, Orange was selected due to its use in the construction industry, as well as being a bold eye-catching color. (square &) Compass tool often associated with stonemasons. The compass forms “shoulders“ of a capital “A” Mountain, used on the interior of the “A-Compass” Modern Stencil typography, to depict planning of a job.
